ProPresenter allows you to have more than one Library on your computer. Remember that a Library consists of Documents and Playlists, so changing between Libraries would leave everythign inside of ProPresenter the same except for the Document list and Playlists on the left side. An example of using multiple Libraries would be two ministries that want to use different songs and Playlists on the same computer.
To add additional Libraries, open Preferences and go to the General tab. Click the drop-down menu for Library Folder and select Add/Edit/Remove.
When you select this option, you’ll see the next window shown below. Click the plus button to browser to the new folder you want to link as a Library to ProPresenter. This can be an empty folder or another ProPresenter 6 folder you have moved to this computer. Return to this window at any time to remove a linked Library by clicking the minus button.
You can also access the list of linked libraries and jump to the second screen by clicking on the File menu and selecting Change Library.
